What MyFulus is
MyFulus is financial-management software. It reads the statements you upload and shows you what they contain — totals, categories, recurring charges, and plain-language summaries. It is not a licensed accountant, certified public accountant, tax preparer, financial planner, or investment advisor, and nothing it produces is professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed professional.
AI does the reading — verify what matters
Statement parsing is performed by AI. We engineer for accuracy — validation, reconciliation against the statement’s own totals, and a review queue for anything uncertain — but AI can misread a line. The source of truth is always your bank’s own records. Verify any number before acting on it.
Your account
Upload only statements you are entitled to. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, attempting to access others’ data, or uploading content designed to manipulate the AI).
Plans and billing
The free tier includes a one-time full scan. MyFulus Pro is a subscription billed by Stripe ($8.99/month or $79/year, prices in USD); cancel anytime and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. We don’t offer partial-period refunds, but if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we’ll be reasonable.
Your data
Your statements and ledger are yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account at any time and everything goes with it.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the software’s output.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
