What MyFulus is
MyFulus is financial-management software. It reads the statements you upload and shows you what is in them: totals, categories, charges that repeat, and short summaries in plain language. It is not a licensed accountant, certified public accountant, tax preparer, financial planner, or investment advisor. Nothing it produces is professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For decisions that matter, talk to a licensed professional.
AI does the reading — verify what matters
An AI reads your statements. We check its work: every line is validated, anything we are unsure about is marked for you to look at, and where the totals printed on your own statement can be read we compare ours against them and send the whole statement to you for review if they disagree. Even so, an AI can misread a line. Your bank’s own records are always the truth. Check any number before you act on it.
Your account
Only upload statements you have the right to use. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service — for example scraping the site automatically, trying to reach someone else’s data, or uploading files designed to trick the AI.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes 3 statement uploads and 3 questions to the accountant. That is the total for the account, not a monthly amount, and it does not reset. A statement we could not read does not count against it.
MyFulus Pro is a subscription billed by Stripe: $8.99 a month, or $79 a year. Prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout may show and charge your own currency instead, at Stripe’s rate.
Pro starts with 14 free days. The free days are once per customer — if you have had them before, your subscription is charged from the day you start it, and the app tells you so before you pay. Your card is taken when you sign up and nothing is charged until those 14 days end. We email you three days before that first charge. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We don’t refund part of a period, but if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we’ll be reasonable.
Your data
Your statements and your transactions are yours. We use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account at any time and everything goes with it.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on what the software shows you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using MyFulus after that, you accept the new terms.
