About MyFulus
Last updated Nov 3, 2026
MyFulus is a bank statement converter built for the Gulf, and it works for any bank. It turns the PDF or CSV statement you already download into an Excel workbook, a CSV, or a file QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books will import, and checks every line against the balances and totals the statement itself prints. It keeps nothing, and it never asks for your bank login. With an account it can also keep a ledger of your statements that finds the charges that repeat. It is built and run by Amman Abbasi, and it is not a bank, a licensed accountant, a tax preparer or a financial advisor.
What it does
Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books
A real Excel workbook — dates as dates, amounts as numbers — or a CSV laid out the way QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books imports it.
Checked against the statement
Every line is checked against the running balance, the opening and closing balance or the totals the statement prints. You see whether it adds up, and exactly which lines to look at if it does not.
Password-locked PDFs open here
Gulf banks email statements locked with a date of birth or card digits. Enter it once: the file opens in memory and the password is never stored.
Arabic and three-decimal currencies
Arabic descriptions stay exactly as printed, and Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani amounts keep their third decimal place instead of being rounded to two.
Any bank, no template
It reads the statement itself, not a template per bank, so there is no list of supported banks — and a bank that redesigns its PDF does not break it.
Nothing is kept
The file is read in memory and never saved. The converted lines are deleted after 60 minutes, or as soon as you press Delete.
With an account: the ledger
Find every subscription
Every charge that repeats: the ones you forgot, the ones you pay for twice, and the ones that quietly went up. Where cancelling is actually possible, you get the steps — we don't offer to cancel your rent.
What you really earn and spend
Money in, money out, and where it went. Not a guess, and not a budget you have to keep up — the actual lines on your statement.
A letter every month
A short letter from your accountant: what happened last month, what changed, and the three things to fix next. Written in plain English.
Ask anything
“Can I afford this car?” “Why was July so expensive?” Ask in your own words. Your accountant knows your numbers and answers straight.
Money sent home gets its own line
Family support, school fees, domestic help and Zakat are proper categories here, not leftovers in “Other”. Thirty-one categories in all, built for how Gulf households really spend.
Two currencies stay two currencies
Dirhams stay dirhams and dollars stay dollars. Nothing is converted, and two currencies are never added together — every total is shown in the money it was charged in.
Want to see it before you sign up? The sample report runs a fictional six-month ledger through the same code that reads real statements.
What it does not do
- It does not connect to your bank or ask for a bank login. You download the statement your bank already produces and give it the file.
- It does not keep a statement you convert: the file is read in memory, never written to disk or a database, and the converted lines are deleted within the hour.
- It does not convert currencies or look up exchange rates. Every amount stays in the currency it was charged in, and two currencies are never added together.
- It does not read photos or scans of paper statements. It reads digital PDF and CSV files.
- It does not cancel anything for you. It shows where cancelling is possible, and the free letter generator writes the notice for you to send.
- It is not a licensed accountant, tax preparer or financial advisor, and nothing it produces is professional advice. The Zakat calculator is a calculator, not a fatwa.
- The converter works in English and Arabic; the signed-in app is in English.
Who it suits, and who it does not
Use MyFulus if: You want a Gulf statement converted free with no account, every line checked against its balances, or a file QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books imports.
Use something else if:
- You convert more than the free allowance covers and do not want to pay. StatementEasy says it has no limits.
- The statement must not leave your device. MyFulus reads it on a server, and its text goes to an AI model.
- It is a scan or a photo. MyFulus reads digital PDF and CSV files only.
- Your firm needs a security certification from its vendors. MyFulus has none.
- You need an API, or batches larger than 6 files at a time.
- You want a product with a long record. MyFulus launched in 2026 and few people have used it yet.
Bank statement converters compared says which tool fits which of those, with each product’s own pages linked.
Who builds it
The bank statement converter at www.myfulus.com. Not connected with myfulus.com.my or with any game, app or business that uses a similar name.
MyFulus is built and operated by Amman Abbasi. Questions sent to nascreative@gmail.com reach a person who can look at the problem, not a ticket queue. If something on this site is wrong, write to the same address: it will be corrected, and a guide shows the date it was last updated.
How your data is handled
- MyFulus never asks for, receives or stores your bank login.
- Statements are read by an AI model through OpenRouter, which is instructed to route only to providers that do not retain prompts or train on your data. Your statements are never used to train any AI model.
- A statement you convert is read in memory and never saved; the converted lines are deleted 60 minutes after they are ready, or when you press Delete.
- Statements you add to a ledger sit on a private volume and the ledger in a database, both hosted by Railway in the United States.
- If a PDF is password-protected, the password is used once on the server to open it. It is not stored, not written to any log, and not sent to the AI provider.
- One button deletes your account and everything in it immediately. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
The privacy policy is the authoritative version, including what survives a deletion and the processors involved.
How the numbers are checked
An AI reads each statement, and an AI can misread a line. So every converted line is checked against what the statement itself prints: each line must move the printed running balance by exactly its own amount, the lines must take the opening balance exactly to the closing balance, and they must add up to any printed totals. You are shown the result — checked, does not add up (with the lines to compare), or could not be checked because the statement prints none of these. In the ledger, anything the reader was unsure of is marked for you to look at. Your bank’s own records are always the truth.
What it costs
Converting is free for 3 statements a day without an account and 10 a day with a free one. In the ledger, your first 3 statements and 3 questions to the accountant are free, with no card. MyFulus Pro is $8.99 a month or $79 a year (about 27% less) after a 14-day trial that needs a card. Prices are in US dollars; at checkout Stripe may show the amount in your local currency. Statement files can be up to 10 MB each, 6 at a time.
