BayanSheet vs MyFulus

By Amman Abbasi • BayanSheet’s site read on Nov 3, 2026

The question that decides this is where the file goes. BayanSheet says it converts inside your browser and uploads nothing. MyFulus reads the file on a server and sends its text to an AI model, so if nothing may leave your device, use BayanSheet. MyFulus fits better if you need QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books files today, or convert often: its free allowance resets every day, and Pro is $8.99 a month against BayanSheet's $29.

We make MyFulus. Everything here about BayanSheet is what its own site said on the date above, and the links are below so you can read it yourself.

Which to choose

Choose BayanSheet if

  • The statement must not reach anyone's server. Its site says the conversion runs entirely in your browser.
  • You want to prove that yourself: it says the converter keeps working with the internet disconnected.
  • You would rather buy credits than subscribe. It says its credits never expire.

Choose MyFulus if

  • You need a file QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books imports. BayanSheet lists those templates as on its roadmap.
  • You convert regularly. 3 statements of up to 10 pages each are free every day with no account, where BayanSheet's free allowance is about 10 pages.
  • You convert a lot. Pro is $8.99 a month for up to 200 statements a day; BayanSheet starts at $29 a month for 400 pages.

Is MyFulus more private than BayanSheet?

No. BayanSheet says your file never leaves your browser. MyFulus reads it on a server and sends its text to an AI model; it keeps nothing afterwards and instructs that model to keep nothing. If your rule is that a statement never leaves the device, BayanSheet fits and MyFulus does not.

Which one is cheaper, BayanSheet or MyFulus?

MyFulus. Pro is $8.99 a month or $79 a year. BayanSheet's plans start at $29 a month for 400 pages, with credits from about $0.10 a page.
