StatementEasy vs MyFulus
By Amman Abbasi • StatementEasy’s site read on Nov 3, 2026
StatementEasy describes the strongest free offer on this page: no sign-up, no limits, read in your browser first, with scans, .qbo files and a check of every row. If that is what you need, use it. MyFulus reads differently, with an AI model on a server that follows the statement rather than looking for its columns. It writes a Zoho Books layout, keeps nothing even when a read fails, and adds a ledger across statements if you want one. We have not tested the two against each other.
We make MyFulus. Everything here about StatementEasy is what its own site said on the date above, and the links are below so you can read it yourself.
Which to choose
Choose StatementEasy if
- You do not want a daily limit. It says there is none, with no sign-up.
- You would rather the file stayed on your device when it can. It says most statements are read in your browser.
- Your statement is a scan or a photo, or you need .qbo, OFX or QIF files.
Choose MyFulus if
- You use Zoho Books. MyFulus writes that layout, and the StatementEasy pages we read do not name it.
- You want nothing kept even when a read fails. MyFulus never writes the file to disk; StatementEasy says a statement its server cannot read is kept, encrypted, for up to 14 days.
- A statement defeated another reader. MyFulus reads with an AI model rather than by finding columns, so it fails differently, and it still checks every line.
- You want a ledger across your statements, a subscription finder and a monthly letter, on Pro.

| Question | StatementEasy | MyFulus |
|---|---|---|
| Where your file goes | In your browser first. Its privacy policy says most statements are never sent. One your browser cannot read, or whose balances do not add up, is read on its server and deleted, and one its server cannot read is kept encrypted for up to 14 days. | On our server, in memory, and never written to disk. Its text goes to an AI model under a no-retention instruction. The converted lines are deleted after 60 minutes or when you press Delete. |
| Free | It says free with no sign-up, no page limit and no daily limit. | 3 statements a day of up to 10 pages each, with no account or email. 10 a day of up to 30 pages each with a free account. Every download format is included. |
| Paid, from | None. Its pricing page says everything is free, and that any paid extras would be for teams and the API. | $8.99 a month or $79 a year, for up to 200 statements a day of up to 100 pages each. |
| Files you get | Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo and CSV), Xero, OFX and QIF. | Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and CSV layouts for QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books. |
| Password-locked PDFs | Yes. Its privacy policy says the password is used in your browser, and sent with the file only when its server has to read it. | Yes. You enter the password; it is used once to open the file and is not stored. |
| Checked against the statement | Yes. It says every row is checked against the printed running balance, or the totals where there is none, and the rows that do not match are highlighted. | Yes, every line. Each must agree exactly with the running balance, the opening and closing balance, or the printed totals. You see which lines do not, or that the statement printed nothing to check against. |
| Scans and photos | Yes. It says scans and photos are read with text recognition, on its server or on your device. | No. It reads digital PDF and CSV files and refuses scans and photos. |
| Arabic | It says it reads Arabic among other languages, and has an Arabic version of the site. | Arabic lines stay as printed. Tested on bilingual statements and an Arabic-only CSV; a PDF printed wholly in Arabic has not been tested. |

Quick answers
Are StatementEasy and MyFulus free?
StatementEasy says it is free with no sign-up, no page limit and no daily limit. MyFulus is free for 3 statements a day of up to 10 pages each with no account and 10 a day with a free account, and Pro at $8.99 a month allows up to 200 a day.
Which keeps my statement on my device?
StatementEasy says most statements are read in your browser and never sent, and that one your browser cannot read goes to its server. MyFulus always reads on a server, in memory, and sends the text to an AI model. If that matters most to you, StatementEasy or BayanSheet fit better than MyFulus.
