What Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) says about its statements
- The password
- "Receive password protected QIB e-statements directly in your inbox, with a frequency of your choice – daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly." QIB does not publish the rule on that page. (Source: QIB: E-statement.)
- Where to register
- "Register your email using the QIB Mobile App or through Internet Banking." (Source: QIB: E-statement.)
Quoted from Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB)’s own website, last read on Nov 3, 2026. Banks change their apps and their rules; if your statement email says something different, the email is right. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB).
How the conversion is checked
Most statements print a running balance beside each line, an opening and a closing balance, or totals for the period. Every converted line has to agree with them exactly. If they agree, you see that it was checked; if they do not, you see which lines to compare with your statement, on screen and in the Excel file. If a statement prints none of them, you are told it could not be checked. See an example.
Quick answers
What is the password for my QIB e-statement?
QIB's website says its e-statements are password protected but does not publish how the password is made. Look in the email that delivered your statement, which is where banks usually explain it, or ask QIB. Enter the password when the converter asks; it is used once to open the file and never stored.
Is MyFulus connected to QIB?
No. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by QIB. It reads the statement file you download yourself, and it never asks for your online-banking login.
