QNB statement to Excel

QNB e-statements are PDFs that need a password to open. Drop yours below, enter the password when asked, and download every transaction as Excel or CSV.

Never saved: your file is read in memory, not written to disk or a database, and the converted lines are deleted after 60 minutes — or as soon as you press Delete.

What QNB says about its statements

Where to get it
"You can download your E-Statement in .pdf format by logging in to your QNB Internet Banking account", and "You may choose to receive your E-Statement in your e-mail registered with QNB as well." (Source: QNB: Internet Banking.)
The password
"Your E-Statement is secure as it requires a password to open or you have to login to download online using QNB Internet Banking." QNB does not publish the format on that page. (Source: QNB: Internet Banking.)

Quoted from QNB’s own website, last read on Nov 3, 2026. Banks change their apps and their rules; if your statement email says something different, the email is right. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by QNB.

How the conversion is checked

Most statements print a running balance beside each line, an opening and a closing balance, or totals for the period. Every converted line has to agree with them exactly. If they agree, you see that it was checked; if they do not, you see which lines to compare with your statement, on screen and in the Excel file. If a statement prints none of them, you are told it could not be checked. See an example.

Quick answers

What is the password for my QNB e-statement?

QNB's website says its e-statements are password protected but does not publish how the password is made. Look in the email that delivered your statement, which is where banks usually explain it, or ask QNB. Enter the password when the converter asks; it is used once to open the file and never stored.

Can I download my QNB statement as Excel?

QNB's website names PDF as the statement format, so the PDF is what most customers have. Convert it here into Excel, CSV, or a file QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books imports.

Is MyFulus connected to QNB?

No. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by QNB. It reads the statement file you download yourself, and it never asks for your online-banking login.
