Quoted from Mashreq’s own website, last read on Nov 3, 2026. Banks change their apps and their rules; if your statement email says something different, the email is right. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by Mashreq.
How the conversion is checked
Most statements print a running balance beside each line, an opening and a closing balance, or totals for the period. Every converted line has to agree with them exactly. If they agree, you see that it was checked; if they do not, you see which lines to compare with your statement, on screen and in the Excel file. If a statement prints none of them, you are told it could not be checked. See an example.
Quick answers
What is the password for my Mashreq e-statement?
The Mashreq pages we read do not say whether its e-statements are locked or how a password is made. If yours asks for one, look in the email that delivered it, or ask Mashreq. Enter it when the converter asks; it is used once and never stored.
Can I convert a Mashreq statement that is not a PDF?
A CSV works too. A scan or a photo of a paper statement does not: MyFulus reads digital PDF and CSV files.
Is MyFulus connected to Mashreq?
No. MyFulus is not connected to, partnered with or endorsed by Mashreq. It reads the statement file you download yourself, and it never asks for your online-banking login.
